In the Burgundy region. This is the 15 th century Hopital Dieu. The roof tiles and the architecture are amazing!




Today we visited St. Remy do Provence and went to the asylum were van Gogh was interned. In the shop, you could buy art therapy from the patients that are still there. They had a beautiful little chapel. Then we visited the Roman site of Pont du Gard. It was a good day.



On the way home. Just a random fortified city not on the map. Dinner. Done.





Fontenay Abbey. Holy crap!





Yippee! Long flight. Long drive. 3 nights in Bessey les Citeaux. Close to Dijon. Lovely!




I found the cutest bar in the market! Free beer! Yippee! Just what I needed..... I'm exhausted.

So I am in SF with Miss Susan for the garden show. Today we were at Annie's Annuals. The red Spraxis was AMAZING. Then off to the Ruth Bancroft Garden, the happiest place on earth. Walker and Brian let us sneak into the nursery and do a little shopping. Please note my shopping cart of goodies. And yes, the super humongous Ferdinand Regis agave is mine. YIPPEE!!!!! Thanks guys! You know how much I love you!
