End of a great day

So my travel buddy, miss Loree noticed that my mention of Chez Panisse autocorrected into Chez Pansies yesterday. So damned funny that I can't bring myself to fix it. Then I opened my Facebook and miss Sabrina noticed it too. Hilarious. Anyhoo, it was DELISH. Then we went to trader joes and I found this beer. Must buy at home. Saw the sunset at the cliff house and went back and drank almost a whole bottle of champagne. Perfect end. Perfect day. We are headed to Flora Grubb right now then it's off to the garden show! Look out!!

I cannot tell you how beautiful it was in Portland today!!!  Alberta street was loaded with people just wanting to get outside. The line at Salt and Straw ice cream shop was out the door!!  So in honor of such a lovely day I thought I would post some photos of a stunning yellow crocus, a stately pitcher plant and an edgeworthia in bloom in the garden of a client. Dare I say that spring is on the way???  Yippee!!!

I LOVE HELLO KITTY - I LOVE LOVE LOVE KISS (go ahead, roll your eyes) -what could be better than to love both of them at the same time! YIPPEE!!!!!!

Chinoiserie at the shop.

Beautiful red lacquer chair and orange tulips in a beautiful navy blue tulipiere. Also our own private label chinoiserie glass trays in 3 sizes. I have one on my entry hall table to toss my keys in. A great way to stay stylish and organized!

I just can't get enough of our lovely little plantings. Terrariums, tillandsia aeriums and succulent planters. I want them all!!!
